JTC CLEANTECH 2 @ CLEANTECH PARK
JTC CleanTech Two is strategically positioned next to JTC CleanTech One. It offers 22,300 sqm of flexible spaces to meet industry players' demand for offices, workshops and dry/wet laboratories for clean technology (cleantech)-related R&D activities. Besides its state-of-the-art green features, it is configured to support research and prototyping activities with specific requirements, and houses cleantech incubation facilities to cater to the growing demand in the industry.
The areas in JTC CleanTech Two that calls for landscape design interventions are:
- Basement Level - First Floor Level - Fourth Floor Level - Rooftop
The rooftop is the most essential out of all the other levels as it is the main focus area. The roof is separated into two parts, passive and active. Spaces such as Floral Sanctuary and Aromatic Avenue can be found in the passive side. This side focuses on enabling users to rest and relax in the spaces provided. As for the active side, spaces such as Revitalising Haven and Resting Node can be found. This side focuses on allowing users to choose from a number of available resources to carry out exercises. Both sides mainly focus on resulting a serene state towards visitors be it passively or actively respectively. As for the focus area, it will be the passive side as it meets more of the overall design intentions and objectives.
